Refund Returns & Missing

  • There is no refund policy for items that are on sale.
  • If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping expenses to the credit/debit card you used to make the buy.
  • You have up to 7 days from the date you received the product to return it.
  • Any product you return must be in its original packing and in the same condition as when you received it. Keep the receipt for your records.
  • All orders are processed the same business day after you receive your order confirmation email (excluding Saturdays and holidays). You will receive another email after your order has shipped.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 14 days or it’s missing items, please contact us for a complete refund or to have your item resent or replaced. You will lose your right to a refund or to have your order resent or replaced if you do not comply.
  • Free local delivery is available for orders over $40.00 within 50 miles of the store. We charge $10.00 for local delivery on orders of less than $20.00.
  • Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., local deliveries are made. On the day of our arrival, we will contact you through text message at the phone number you provided at checkout.
